How we work

Clear before we build. Useful after delivery.

Every engagement follows the same four steps, so scope, access and costs are agreed before any change is made, and the work stays supportable afterwards.

Four steps

From first conversation to useful handover.

  1. 01

    Discuss the need

Tell us the problem, the systems involved and the business goal. We review it and suggest a useful first step.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Deliverables, fee, access, timing and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a proposal before work begins.

  3. 03

    Deliver & validate

We make the agreed changes, validate the result with you and record the evidence.

  4. 04

    Care where useful

If ongoing support makes sense, it is agreed as a separate scope. Either way, you keep the records and handover notes.

Principles

How we keep the work under control.

  • 01

    Clear before we build

Understand the process. Agree scope, ownership and acceptance criteria before making changes.

  • 02

    Control in the process

Appropriate access, approved changes, validation and review of sensitive actions.

  • 03

    Useful after delivery

Records, handover notes and maintenance responsibilities that keep the work supportable.

FAQ

Questions we often hear.

How do we get started?

Tell us what you would like to improve, through the contact form or by email to [email protected]. We review the need and your current systems, then agree a useful first step: scope, access, timing and costs. Work starts after the proposal is agreed.

How much does it cost?

Fees are agreed before work begins. Each starting offer has a defined scope and deliverables, so you know what you are paying for. Implementation is optional and quoted separately.

Do we have to sign up for ongoing support?

No. Most work starts with one focused piece of work. Ongoing care is offered where it is useful, as a separate agreed scope.

Will you have access to our systems?

Only the access agreed for the work. Changes are approved before they are made and validated afterwards, and sensitive actions are reviewed.

What do we receive at the end?

The agreed deliverables, plus records and handover notes that keep the work supportable, such as system notes, change records, a recovery guide or workflow documentation.

Where do you work?

Nawlogic is Malaysia-focused. Support and response arrangements follow the agreed service scope.
